AfterShip Shipping makes order management more streamlined with the multitude of filters it supports. By applying filters for different status dashboards, you can track shipping performance, analyze delays (when order was created vs when it was shipped), and measure the effectiveness of different couriers or service types. You can identify trends, such as which couriers are taking the longest or which products are being returned more frequently, helping you make informed decisions to improve your processes.

Find the below the list of available filters you can use to play around with data you need to meet your specific business requirements.

FilterDescription
CourierThis filter categorizes shipments based on the courier or shipping provider used for the delivery. Example, DHL, FedEx, etc.
Ship from locationFilters shipments based on the location where the goods were shipped from, such as a specific country, region, and the locations you've configured in your Ship-from locations settings. (e.g., US, Hong Kong).
StoreThis filter categorizes shipments by the eCommerce store from which the order are imported. It helps to filter shipments based on store-specific data.
Requested service typeThis filter lets users sort orders based on the requested shipping service type (e.g., Flat rate, Standard, Express, Exchange shipping). It identifies how the buyer requested the shipment to be handled. This is basically the service type customer requests during order checkout.
Service typeFilters shipments by the specific service type chosen for shipping (e.g., FedEx 2Day®, DHL Express Worldwide). This category refers to the actual type of shipping service used for the delivery by the merchant based on the carrier selected.
Recipient countryThis filter sorts shipments by the country to which they be delivered.
Shopify order tagFilters orders by specific tags assigned in Shopify. These tags may refer to order actions or categorization, such as AfterShip Returns, TikTok Shop.
Product tagThis filter categorizes shipments based on tags assigned to the product being shipped (e.g., sunglasses, non-returnable). Tags help group products based on characteristics like return policies or product types.
Product vendorFilters shipments by the vendor or supplier of the products in the order. This helps track shipments from specific suppliers or brands.
Has customer noteThis filter identifies whether an order contains a note left by the customer. It is useful for finding orders where the customer provided specific instructions or additional details.
Created dateFilters shipments based on when the order was created. It helps users track orders that were created within a specific time range.
Ship dateFilters shipments based on when the order was actually shipped. It allows users to track the timing of when products left the warehouse or store.
Has return labelThis filter shows whether the shipment includes a return label.
Payment statusThis filter sorts order data based on the payment status like Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid, Partially refunded, and Refunded.
Shipment statusThis filter shows the current status of the shipment like Pending payment, Awaiting shipment, Label generated, Shipped, and Canceled
