This guide will show you how to set up a USB 4" x 6" Zebra thermal label printer on your Mac can in just a few steps. With the Zebra Thermal Printer set up, you can easily print FedEx, UPS, DHL (or other carriers) with AfterShip Shipping.

Steps to setup Zebra thermal label printer on Mac

Connect your thermal printer via USB. If you see a message prompting you to download new software, make sure to download and install it.
Click Apple Menu () in the top left corner of your computer screen > System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax.
On the Add Printer window, select the printer you wish to add from the list or type the device’s information into the dialog that appears. Most printers and scanners are listed under Default.
Click Select Software under Use. Search and select Zebra ZPL Label Printer as your Printer Software.
Click Add.
