Search Orders Easily in AfterShip Shipping Admin

Overview



AfterShip Shipping’s order search bar enables you to sort through thousands of your eCommerce orders quickly and efficiently to find the orders you are looking for.

Order search criteria



The search bar is case-insensitive. You can filter orders based on:

Order number/name:it is the unique identifier assigned to each order (example: `usorder1001`or 1001). You can search for orders without entering a prefix.
Recipient’s name: Shopper’s name. For example Fate.
Recipient’s email address: Shopper’s email address through which the order was placed.
Product title: Name or title of the product(s) in the order as defined in your eCommerce platform.
Item SKU:Item code as as defined in your eCommerce platform. For example Bell-Crane-Copper.
Tracking number:shipment reference number. For example 56777999001205.

Find orders on AfterShip Shipping admin



Go to Orders in your AfterShip Shipping admin .
Navigate to any of the shipment status dashboard (example, Awaiting shipment) or go to the All orders dashboard.
Search for order(s) by adding in the value of any of the criteria defined above in the search bar.
