Manage Ship From Locations for AfterShip Shipping Admin

AfterShip Shipping enables you to set up multiple shipping origins and easily manage them in one place. You can add warehouse locations and addresses from where your shipments originate. The default location will be applied to each order imported from your eCommerce store.

Go to Settings in your AfterShip Shipping admin.
Select the Ship from locations option.
Click Add location to open the configuration window to add the details of a new location.
Fill in the location details . Enter the details for each location, including:
Name: Add a recognizable name for the location.
Inventory source : If you wish to track inventory from specific locations in Shopify, you can select it from the dropdown. Your eCommerce store must be connected to AfterShip Shipping in order to sync these shipping locations from Shopify.
Address: Add complete address details (street, city, state, zip code).
Contact information: Input phone number or email if needed.
After entering all the necessary information, save the changes.
If you have multiple locations , you might want to set a default Ship from location for ease of use.
Go to location settings > Select the {⋯} icon
Edit, delete or change the default location.
Locations once deleted cannot be recovered.
When creating shipping labels or processing orders, ensure that you assign the appropriate Ship From location based on where the items are being shipped from.
Go to Orders > Awaiting shipment dashboard in the AfterShip Shipping admin.
Search or select an order where you want to change the shipping location.
Upon selection of the order, an order detail side panel will open.
All the incoming orders synced from your eCommerce platform will have the default shipping locations assigned to them. You can change the Ship from location under Ship from section of the order. All the locations configured under the Ship from location settings will automatically display here.
Save the changes and proceed to create a shipping label.
