Add and Manage Carrier Accounts

Overview



AfterShip Shipping supports multiple carriers and eCommerce platforms. It enables you to generate labels easily and manage thousands of orders in one place. With AfterShip Shipping, you can either set up AfterShip Shipping carrier accounts at discounted shipping rates or your own carrier accounts for negotiated rates. When generating labels, you can select the desired shipping service from a drop-down list.

Add your own carrier account



Go to Carriers > Carrier accounts in your AfterShip Shipping admin.
Set up desired carrier account under My carrier account section. Click Add carrier account.
Choose or search for the carrier you want to set up from the carrier list displayed on the popup.
On the carrier account set up window, add in the required details to connect your carrier account with AfterShip Shipping successfully. AfterShip Shipping offers quick and easy shipping with certain carriers at discounted shipping rates at up to 89% off. Under Carrier accounts section's Recommended carrier accounts, you can view the list of carriers for whom we offer special shipping rates. All you need to do is submit a form given alongside each carrier to start shipping with the said carrier immediately on AfterShip Shipping admin.

Go to Carriers > Carrier accounts in your AfterShip Shipping admin.
Under Recommended carrier accounts section, click Submit form for the desired carrier.
Fill in the detailed form for the account setup.
Each field in the form is required and must be filled for us to process your request for the account setup.
The time required for each carrier's account setup is different. You can find the estimated time of account setup below each carrier and the ship-from countries/regions they support.
Once the form is filled, click Submit.

Manage carrier accounts



Go to Carriers > Carrier accounts in your AfterShip Shipping admin.
For the carrier you want to edit or remove, select the {⋯} icon.
Edit or remove accounts.
Submit changes.
